Trauma & Transformation

A 2hr Online Workshop

Join Kari Toft and Jamie Lee Mock for a thoughtful exploration of trauma, the nervous system, and the ways our experiences can continue to shape us long after an event has passed.

In a world where the word trauma is used more than ever, it can be difficult to separate popular language from a deeper understanding. This workshop offers a grounded perspective, helping you better understand how overwhelming experiences can influence the body, behaviour, relationships, and everyday life.

Together, we'll explore:

  • What trauma is—and what it isn't.

  • Different types of trauma and how they can shape the nervous system.

  • The relationship between trauma, memory, and anxiety.

  • Real clinical examples and case studies.

  • Gentle, embodied practices to support regulation and integration.

  • Practical tools you can begin using in your own life or professional practice.

Whether you're joining as a parent, practitioner, or someone simply wanting to better understand yourself, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of trauma, the nervous system, and practical tools that you can integrate into everyday life.

The workshop includes teaching, guided experiential practices, optional group discussion, and time for questions and reflection.
